Cancellations

Any cancellation received on or before 17.00 on 15 September 2017 shall receive a 100% refund; thereafter a 50% penalty of the cost of your booking will be payable for cancellations made between 16 – 30 September 2017; and a 100% penalty will be payable for cancellations made after 1 October 2017.

All cancellation requests must be made in writing, within the above dates, to both khodgkinson@saipa.co.za and hprinsloo@saipa.co.za. Please ensure that you receive a reply confirmation of receipt of request.

CTICC parking vouchers will be given to all attendees of the conference on exit every day. Please collect yours from the registration desks. Safe underground parking is available at the CTICC. We suggest parking on level P3 as it is closest to the venue.

Order your conference branded clothing at the SAIPA online brand store (Conference).

On receipt of your invoice, please check the details carefully and ensure payment is done before 19 October 2017.

Briefly, the order of events is as follows:
Thursday 19 October: Integrated Reporting Workshop 09.00 – 13.00 at the CTICC, followed by lunch
Celebratory Gala Dinner at the Grand Africa Beach & Café, Granger Bay from 18.00 until late
Friday 20 October: Full day conference at the CTICC Networking evening – details to be confirmed
Saturday 21 October: Full day conference at the CTICC
