The Annual Staffing and Recruitment Conference, hosted by the African Professional Staffing Organisations (APSO) with SAIPA as a premier partner to the event, promises to be a calendar highlight for industry professionals, leaders and employers across sectors and disciplines.

This year’s event, which takes place at The Wanderers Club in Illovo, Johannesburg, will delve headlong into ideas, strategies and key insights on overcoming common staffing and recruitment hurdles. To assist in better unpacking this often-challenging topic, a dynamic line-up of keynote speakers and roundtable panellists have been assembled, along with engaging panel discussions and interactive breakaway sessions that will no doubt provide a much-needed soundboard for attendees and their own unique experiences around this subject.

Some of the noteworthy speakers you can look forward to, include Dr Frank Magwegwe, distinguished speaker from Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS) who will share his remarkable journey and how to cultivate RESILIENCE in your own life and in that of your team. Khani Mhlongo, APSO and NSA board member, will also be present to chair a riveting panel discussion on “Balancing Human Interaction with Technological Efficiency”, as will John Healy, a seasoned workforce solutions expert who will share his insights on seamless work connections through digital wallets, blockchain, ethical AI, and platforms as part of a panel discussion.
