At the year comes to an end, it’s important to ensure that your profile details on our system are correct so that:

  • Your details are correctly registered with South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA)
  • You will receive the latest news and important information
  • Invoices are sent to the correct billing address

Important notes when updating your details

  • The two most important sections of required information are the Personal Information and Contact Details tabs – see below.

  • Don’t forget to save your updates by clicking on the “Save” button on the top right hand corner of each page.

  • We will be issuing the 2020 Annual Membership Fee invoices in December. Should your employer pay your annual membership fees, please ensure that the “Billing Address” fields reflect their correct details.

Competition Terms and Conditions

  • To qualify to enter the draw you must be a SAIPA member in good standing at the closing date of 6 December 2019.
  • Employees of SAIPA and their immediate families, persons connected with the competition/prize draw and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
  • Only one entry per member is allowed.
  • The required member’s details must have been completed in full by the closing date specified above.
  • Two prize winners will be randomly chosen from all qualifying entries. The decision shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
  • The prize winner will be notified in writing.
  • The prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. The cost of delivery of the prizes shall be carried by SAIPA.
  • By entering the draw, you agree to make your name available on SAIPA’s media platforms, publications and social pages.
  • Errors and omissions excepted (E&OE).
  • SAIPA will not be responsible for insurance or warranty on the devices
  • SAIPA will not be responsible for any software or applications needed for the devices
  • Should the member find a fault with the devices, the member must notify SAIPA within 5 days of receiving the devices
