System enhancementsin 2020
With digitisation growing at a rapid rate, and as a forward-thinking institution, we are continuously looking at ways to enhance your interaction and experience with us. With this in mind, we are developing some exciting new updates to your SAIPA online platform (Member Briefcase).
System changes to look forward to
We are confident that the new platform will provide more value to you as a member. Some enhancements include:
- An easier-to-navigate layout and dashboard
- Interactive tools that allow you to engage with SAIPA staff
- Convenient event booking
- A dedicated finance section to check your latest invoices, payments and statement
When the system changes will be implemented
We are planning to launch the system enhancements during January 2020, and we will send you more details closer to the time.
Support members will receive
Members can be assured that we will provide all the support necessary during this time which will include a dedicated webpage with FAQs, video tutorials, webinars, and roadshows. We will also be available telephonically to assist you.
