I am Amanda Roothman, I am 40 years of age, and I love shoes!

I love shoes as I love life. And I live life with integrity, intention and with an open heart. With no regrets.

I have no special talent, really. I am only passionately curious.

And I am passionate about people.

Hence, I am passionate about my team. Exponential Brilliance is a unique bunch of vibrant ladies, specialising in all aspects of the accounting services field.

Our brand is a set of expectations, memories, and relationships that, taken together, accounts for a client’s decision to choose one service over another. Our promise to our clients: quality, consistency, competency, and reliability.

When the COVID-19 pandemic hit our country, we felt nothing but determination and compassion to assist as many individuals out there as possible. We made it our personal business to understand the directives and rules around the Temporary Employer Relief Scheme, to assist around ten thousand individuals in distress.

Working on something this exciting, that we really care about, we don’t have to be pushed, the vision pulls us.

We’ve had a #PayItForward drive throughout the pandemic, because we rise by lifting others. We believe that a kind gesture can reach a wound that only compassion can heal.

Among other things, we developed a unique TERS Toolkit and distributed this free of charge across the country, and assisted others in using it to help even more individuals in distress. We also have the uniquely designed Exponential Brilliance Swift Portal. This enables us to reach more employers faster and more sufficiently than attempting every task manually.

Exponential Brilliance is passionate about developing lasting relationships and delivering results.

We believe in design thinking: the essential ability to combine empathy, creativity, and rationality to meet our clients’ needs and drive their success!
