SAIPA Mastery Circle Awards

Eligibility

  • All nominees must be SAIPA members or associated with SAIPA partner organisations.
  • District Leadership Award nominees must have served on a SAIPA district committee for at least one year.

Nomination Process

  • Nominations can be submitted by peers, employers, or the nominees themselves.
  • Incomplete nomination forms or missing supporting documents will disqualify the nominee.

Attendance at the SAIPA iNdaba

  • Finalists are required to attend the SAIPA iNdaba and Awards Ceremony on 18 and 19 March, 2025.
  • SAIPA will provide complimentary event tickets to all finalists and their partners.

Use of Personal Information:

  • By submitting a nomination, nominees consent to the use of their personal information for purposes related to the awards, including promotional activities.

Publicity

  • Winners may be required to participate in post-event publicity, including interviews and photographs.
  • SAIPA reserves the right to use event photos and winner details in its marketing and promotional materials.

Disqualification

  • SAIPA reserves the right to disqualify any nominee found to have provided false information or engaged in unethical conduct.

Judging Process

  • The judging process will be conducted by a panel of independent experts and SAIPA representatives.
  • The panel’s decision is final, and no correspondence regarding the outcome will be entertained.

Cancellation

  • SAIPA reserves the right to cancel or postpone the awards ceremony due to unforeseen circumstances. In such an event, nominees will be notified promptly.
