Call for Nominations to the Board of SAIPA

The Constitution and By-laws of the South African Institute of Professional Accountants (SAIPA) were adopted at the Special General Meeting (SGM) held on 22 June 2022. Clause 21 (Transitional Provisions) of the Constitution, makes provision for the appointment of a Transitional Nomination Committee (TNC), delegated with the responsibility of calling for nominations, shortlisting and interviewing candidates for consideration for the new Board and calling for an SGM where Board members will be appointed. In terms of this delegated authority, the TNC hereby issues a Call for Nominations for Election to the SAIPA Board.

Nine (9) vacancies on the Board of the South African Institute of Professional Accountants will be available, of these vacancies two vacancies exist for non-SAIPA members.

Requirements and criteria of nominees
In order to be nominated, nominees must be in good standing, as defined by clause 3.4.18 of the SAIPA Constitution.

This is a remunerated position per the SAIPA Board-approved rates

Completed nomination forms should be returned by email to boardsec@saipa.co.za.
All nominations must reach SAIPA by 31 August 2022.
