A highly accomplished Professional Accountant (SA), Mr Mangolele brings a wealth of executive leadership, financial management and governance experience to the role. As the founder of his own accounting and advisory practice, he has extensive expertise in financial management, taxation, business advisory, business rescue, governance and strategic leadership. A Registered Tax Practitioner, Business Rescue Practitioner and member of both SAIPA and the Institute of Directors South Africa (IoDSA), he is currently pursuing an MBA, further strengthening his strategic leadership capabilities. Mr Mangolele is also passionate about community development and supporting SMMEs, recognising their vital role in driving South Africa’s economic growth.

As Chairperson, Mr Mangolele will provide strategic leadership to the Board as SAIPA continues to strengthen governance, drive innovation, and create greater value for members and the profession. His appointment reflects the Institute’s ongoing commitment to ethical leadership, sound governance and sustainable growth.

In his acceptance address, Mr Mangolele reaffirmed his commitment to serving the Institute with integrity, fostering collaboration, and ensuring that members remain at the centre of the Board’s strategic direction. He also emphasised the importance of working together to navigate an evolving professional landscape while positioning SAIPA for continued success.
