Thank you for browsing and shopping at the SAIPA Brand Store.  Please take note of the following Terms and Conditions of using the store:

 

  • All orders subject to stock availability
  • Final product/s may differ slightly from the image portrayed – this is for visual representation only
  • All goods remain property of SAIPA until paid for in full
  • No goods will be produced or dispatched for collection/delivery until paid for in full
  • Any unclaimed goods not collected/delivered within one month from the date of order, will be put back into stock
  • Placement of an order does not guarantee that it has been received or is being processed. If you do not hear from us within three working days from placing your order, please contact us
  • No returns or exchanges will be honoured as items are branded for your order
  • Sizes: all goods are supplied according to standardised sizing. Please ensure you specify the correct sizes on your order
  • All goods delivered will be deemed to be in good order unless AMS is notified within 7 days of delivery
  • Orders cancelled may be subject to a handling fee. No cancellations will be processed after three working days from receipt of payment.
  • Unbranded samples can be made available, by arrangement
  • AMS is not responsible for any delays caused by circumstances outside of our control, for example load shedding, labour strikes nor force majeure
