Companies Act Implementation deferred

In light of the fact that the companies Amendment Bill has been considered by Parliament, the Companies Act,No.71 OF 2008,will not be implemented on the 1st of October 2010.

However, implementation of the Act is still earmarked for the third quarter of 2010, ie Oct – Dec 2010.
