Update on Electronic Logbook Webinar 2014

SAIPA is proud to announce its new interactive and dynamic Electronic Logbook that will be implemented in 2014.

This exciting new product will replace the existing paper based logbook and Portfolio of Evidence Files.

With the aim to provide a more efficient training and reporting system for the Learnership, the ATCs and trainees will receive the following additional benefits.

Roll Out

We intend to commence with the new system in mid – January 2014. All newly registered trainees and second year trainees will be required to use the new Electronic Logbook. Trainees who are in their third year of training are NOT required to change over.

To introduce the new logbook to trainees and overall evaluators we will be hosting a series of webinars in December 2013 and January 2014.The short teaser campaign will detail the advantages of the program, as well as a high level look at the program.  The webinars will be live, and we will also make them available on the SAIPA website as recordings.

To start familiarising yourself with the new system, we urge all overall evaluators and trainees to register for these webinars.

For all technical related queries on the system, we have also established a help desk that will be available until June 2014. More details on this service will be available shortly.
