Summary of the Position

Assist with the administration of the project:

  1. Recruitment and registration of trainees on the project;
  2. Arranging venues for training;
  3. Liaising with the facilitators;
  4. Liaising with the regional administrators on the trainee needs and enquiries;
  5. Attending to the Gauteng regional trainee workshops;
  6. Maintaining attendance registers for all three regions;
  7. Planning and coordination of workshops and induction programs;
  8. Processing facilitator claim forms for authorization and payment;
  9. Processing supplier and other service providers invoices and preparing these for authorization and payment by Finance department;
  10. Preparing financial reports on the project;
  11. Assist management in Preparing progress reports to management and Fasset on the project;
  12. Assist project leader and management in collating data on the project for research purposes.

  1. Computer literacy (MS Office) is essential, with excellent knowledge of Excel,
  2. Good Knowledge of SAIPA Learnership.

  1. Minimum level of qualification – A degree/diploma in accounting
  2. At least 3 years project administration experience
