I asked this question about a week ago and did not see if it was answered.
A CC owning property was deregistered because of non-payment of annual fees. To re-instate the CC CIPC now require consent from the Dept of Treasury and Dept of Public Works.
1. In terms of which section of the Act is this requirement?
2. WHich Departments are meant: National or Provincial?
3. Can you assist with contact details of teh Departments to ensure that correspondence does get to thew right people.
